showing online expensive mobile but delivering low graded mobile

sir, i visited site "RED CHESTER "" on 4th. april 2022, showing expensive mobile at INR 8000/- ( pix ad attached) immediately I order for that on COD..but they asked me to pay courier charges INR 200/- I paid same....on 6th april,2022 they sent me packet through courier boy and asked me to pay cash or pytm INR 8000/- I paid through Pytm ..opening the packet I found the branded box but inside the out dated low quality mobile which i; never ordered... I contacted on phone but it is switched off all time ..i send many email ...redchestershop@gmail.com and phone no . is 91-9521329538 ...they have whatsup in the name of Business account...i tried same sent my humble request to them by text messages so many times ..they saw the messages but no reply ...so after so many attempt from my ends i took this decision to file complaint...pls help me and other consumer too who can easily be victim this is open fraud in online by this syndicate gang...my ph 9811941123 order no 5001658799360 dt 4 .4.2022
