I ordered product INR 13418/- from Amazon, they gave fraud promise to refund and agent lied me, i ordered product on 21st March 2022 and still it's 3rd March 2022, they just gave me fraud details and product. Please help me to resolve this issue as a consumer i have rights to raise complain against fraud.
