Sent damaged product neither refunding nor resolving

Hi team,
I had plced an order for Micromax canvas 2 on 23rd May,2020 with Flipkart. My order ID is. OD118707099976917000 . I received the package on 26th May'2020. On checking , i realized the Back panel was bloated and the phone wasn't switching on at all. It was a damaged/defective product and the phone model sent was an old model (2017 batch). I raised a return request and got "Refund" as the only option in return of the product. I opted for the same and was told the order will be picked up. Since I was in urgent need for a phone, I had to buy another one.The wishmaster came to pick it up on 29th May'20 but rejected to pick it up since it wasn't switching on. I had clearly mentioned in the complaint that it never switched on , on arrival as well. I raised this issue then they cancelled my return request. I raised another return request for the same on 1st June and was told I'll get a refund for sure since the seller has only opted for refund. the wishmaster was supposed to come to pick up the product which he didn't. i called Flipkart help center they said he'll come to pick up the product and amount will be refunded the next day to my bank account. It's more than 15 days they haven't contacted me yet. The phone was actually for my made because he kids had to study and they had no smart phone. My money has gone and it's such a bad time I'm so helpless. Lost money and poor kids are having issues with their education. Please help. Flipkart is a fraudster. So many people have lodged complaints yet of no use
