Rustorange.com Complain Return picked but No refund initiated even after a month

I had made a purchase of Rs. 6000 on july 8 which due to poor quality & size issue i returned on july 15, 2019.The courier boy from shadowfax collected all the return parcels. But as per their policy even after receiving the product they did not initiated a single refund. I have sent so many mails to enquire about the refund but these people do not reply at all. They don't even have a contact number to call upon. Such a fraud website. Can anyone help through this. How to get the refund from them. The amount is not too small to give away like anything.
