On 10.07.2019 phone call came to do part time online job for watching 150 videos and take 3.25rs per vedio.

The assignment of work 10 days after complete work your account was credited after deduction one time maintenance fees. I agree about this. so they propose agreement to sign digitally.

I sign the agreement and start the work after 10 day i call to help center about my payment. the girl says it will reflect 4 or 5 days. i do work next day on 14 day dated 24.07.2019 one advocate call and tell me i did not submitted my work on company site so company get loss rs 60000/- and i am liable to pay 3000/- mantinance fees and 3000/- legal charges that time i also call customer care and customer care girl told me talk to advocate about this.

So i call advocate he told me he sent legal notice on my mail kindly check and pay.

This time i fear and thought to pay and close this matter. so i pay 6000/- and also received mail to get rs 6000/- after this another lawyer Mr shrikant call me the no of lawyer is 9638605931,9766546294 and9175551277 and tell you want to continue the or cancellation the agreement. i tell him i do not continue this job so he tell me so now pay agreement cancellation 15000/- you got noc and free to agreement.

Now i pay 15000/- after this he also asking me to pay 9800/- court fees.but that time i don't have money.so i don't pay this amount.i have both payment evidence and all mail conversation and call recording.

After day before i got noc certificate.

But today 30.07.2019 one another advocate mr arush shukla call me and cell no is 9638609742 he is also asking 21000/- about court fees and also giving threats for taking legal action.

So kindly help me what i do i already lost 21000/-

I fear about this .kindly help

    One day i got call from someone and asked for online job but i said no to her but still she forced to do then she created one account and then i did not reply on her or any consent.

    Today i received mail from ADVOCATEASSOCIATE .LEGAL4FIRM saying
    This Intimation LETTER Informs you That PRC Solution Company has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN contract ACT 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have not SUCCEEDED ON YOUR JOB Then YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.

    Remedies for breach of contract.
    Sec 73 - compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract proximate losses not remote/indirect losses.
    Sec 74 - compensation for breach of contract Where penalty specified.
    Sec 75 - party who is rightfully rescinding is entitled for compensation.

    IPC SECTION

    SECTION-406-Punishment for criminal breach of trust.—Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
    The above sections are implemented on you regarding you did not full-fill the terms and condition of your agreement..

    Note :- If you are not closing this matter out of court settlement then after clearing this matter you have to attend in the court through physically with your advocate.

    Kindly help in this as they are doing something fraud and asking for money.
