I had placed order for two sarees, yet i recived one and paid for two sarees through COD, so we approached.them through their email as well as through instagram direct messages,either to refund or to send back the second saree our messages were just getting seen, no reply, yestrday that is 9th of feb when we told them that we will book complaint they told us to send the video which was a mandtory to record when we open the package and we sent the package and they asked us to wait, and aftet that they started with the same thing seen message
