I had ordered 17 Pcs of Jockey Thermal wear from Amazon on 2nd January 2023, I receive open box through courier on 9th Jan 2023, We found 2 Pcs short in box, we send back. Delivery boy committed to delivery next day again. Next day on 10th Jan 2023, delivery boy came with Pack box, when we asked to open & check they refused to do so that it does not come under their Terms & conditions. We receive the box & when we checked under our CCTV, we found 4 Pcs short.
We complain to Amazon customer care, they assure to investigate needful asap. After 2 days when we call them to know the status, they told that they have investigated from their end & found that they have delivered 17 Pcs. We send mail with CCTV footage of having short quantity received, but they are not listening at all. They are saying that do whatever we can do.
Request you to kindly investigate this & give us justice. We are having CCTV footage & ready to share it.
