Dear Sir,

Mai Ratnesh Yadav Indore mai rahta hu. Kuch samay pahle mere pass rbl bank ki taraf se credit card offer aaya tha us par apply karne ke kuch din baad mere pass card aa gaya on dt.18 july 2021 ko mujhe card mere ghar par mil gaya par me office mai tha so ghar walo ne card lekar rakh liya usi din Rbl bank ke customer care se mere pass call atat hai ki aap ke card par 1 insurance policy bhi hai. So mene mana kar diya ki nahi mene kewal card hi apply kiya hai to us excicutive ne kaha me cancel kardeti hu asp ke pass 1 otp aaya hoga bata dijiye or 29000 rs ka transection kar liya .mene Rbl me sikayat ki to 4-5din ka time kagega bol kar baad me msg kar rahe ki aap ka bill due hai mere pass call recording or msg bhi hai
