I had bought a bundle of 3 core wire for Rs. 1722 with order #200031807 from the site on 1st Dec 2016. I made the mistake of making the payment online as they've not even shipped the order till date.They said the product is not available, I asked to change the product and nothing was available with them, They said refund is under process...after 50 days also it is not refunded. They don't answer the customer care contact number given on site, just an automated system answers the call and then cuts after you select to talk to an executive. They are not even replying to the mails I've sent regarding any update on the refund of the same.
I should have checked about the site before making the payment for the order...
PLEASE DON'T DO PRE PAYMENT FOR THESE KIND OF FRAUD PEOPLE.
