I had ordered a metal bed from the https://deckup.in/ website on Sept 28, 2020 by paying the complete amount via phonepe and paytm. The expected delivery date was 8th October. However, after the delivery date the company has become nonresponsive. WhatsApp messages get either no reply or an autoreply. Emails sent to the available addresses result in failure. Apparently, they have cheated and are still duping many people.
