I ordered shorts on fashion hub group my Shopify. Com, via as. On Instagram, and then recieved msg for order no. And OTP both, and now cannot reach the site or order as well. No contact support available now as was shown earlier.

I ordered online to shop99online.com on 16.02.2021 for which they advertised on Facebook for discounted BombayDyeing bedsheets.I paid online for which confirmation came immediately but after that no response on email...site not opening...no contact no available anywhere. Please help me to get the refund of 946.90
