Online fraud on buying of an iPhone 6s mobile on OLX

On 29-08-2018 , I made a deal on OLX for iPhone 6s 32 GB at 12000 from a seller name "Shrikant" (frauder) who showed him self as CISF person by providing me his cisf card and adhar card . On 30-8-2018 The owner asked me to first pay the amount of "12000" which I paid from Paytm.in to "7381104859" . He mentioned that he has parceled the phone with ins amount of "18000" with "The Indian Army" slip being verified by Indian army slip. I made trust on him . Further received a call form courier that amount of "18000" has to be paid to receive the parcel from mobile number "9887180197" .Having trust on "Indian army" I paid "18000" to a QR code provided to me by the courier .Further the courier guy asked me to pay selling amount of 12000 to clear all the requirement to receive the parcel .I ended up paying 12000 . In total I ended up paying "42600" to a frauder. I did mistake i am guilty but there must be an investigation form police to help me getting out of such frauds My regards to jagograhakjago.in to help me in this case .Being a student I request you to help me .
