Demanding money INO Services has given me work for online form filling.

I am Abhishek, a college student and INO Services has given me work for online form filling.
Total form filling documents were something 2000 or more. I was not informed about, how much they will pay me for this job and any time limit or any sort of penalty that i have to pay if i don't complete my work on time. Due to bad weather there was internet problem, and I was unable to work. One day i was about to do some form filling work, till that time i have completed 60 forms, i was trying to login the id was locked. I thought my password must be wrong so i checked my gmail to se the username & password. While going through my mails i found out that they are asking me to pay some sort of penalty that i have not completed the work on time. This message was send to me by Dipak Patil (patil.d2015legaldept@gmail.com) and was telling that you have to pay the registration charges of the company and my notice fees that was 5200/- + 2500/- total 7700/- and suddenly after some time they said that you have to pay 8550/- otherwise the company will take legal actions on you at Surat Court. I asked for his contact no. (7202090214) Dipak Patil, and he told me that because of your incomplete work the company is facing loss & if you will not pay the penalty they will take legal actions against me at Surat Court, and we have agreement and all. I never signed any agreement, while joining the job through Jiya Shah (9624214140) (jiyashah812@gmail.com) she told me to download an app through this link (https://drive.google.com/file/d/18VW4PWikoUYlZe-yRX2XedkxOeBQMVIt/view) and they told me to send my documents, my photo & and my sign photo. Jiya Shah never told me about any time limit or penaly she just said that you will get usename & password through which you can work. Mr Dipak Pail also send me bank details to send the money, and also said that the company and i was trying to contact you but u never received that's why we are sending you a Intimation Letter. I never got any call or email. I asked him that the company never called, at least could have send me an email, he said "that its not my problem that's company's and your problem". Today they are continuously calling me and asking to pay the money otherwise they will take legal actions against me. They said that many cases will be imposed on you including Indian Penal Code Section 420. The company and I never had any transactions so why they are demanding for money and I'am a college student how will I pay such an amount. Please take some serious action against this, they are cheating so many unemployed people online saying "Work without any investment form filling job".

I asked for his contact no. (7211177402) , and he told me that because of your incomplete work the company is facing loss & if you will not pay the penalty they will take legal actions against me at Surat Court, and we have agreement and all. I never signed any agreement, while joining the job through M.M Patel (9574039194) (associateadvocate03@gmail.com) he told me that many cases will be imposed on you including Indian Penal Code Section 420. The company and I never had any transactions so why they are demanding for money and I'am a college student how will I pay such an amount. Please take some serious action against this, they are cheating so many unemployed people online saying "Work without any investment form filling job".

    They sent me the same google drive link as this company and same as ston tecnologies/ evastone/keydus/. They signed a document without asking using my details from their app. Now I don't want to work because they are fraud. Please help me out. Mail me at stp@usako.net
