Digie class services fraud agreement and fraud advocates

My name is Somnath. Digie class services Latur gave me the form feeling work. It was very bad writing. I could not complete it. I called them, but there was no one who receive my call. After 7 days they called me and told me, i have not completed the work. As per agreement i should pay them.
Now they are sending me messages for court date. Advocate (as they call themselves) call me for payment as per agreement.
I have decided to not give them any money.

Let see what happens.

As I see they can't speak in English well. They use the free msg technology and they don't have company mail id.
Everything is fraud.

plz help me what to do.
