ONLINE FRAUD IN BIRDS4 APP

Vikas patel, had make fraud with me in name of Indian army. I have posted one ads on Birds4sale app, he contacted me and shown the interest to buy the Lab puppy from watup call and then asked me to send address and location of my residence. Firstly he transferred 1rs for confirmation and got revise to my account from different account of this and after that he demand more money I transferred the 500Ruppes to him which I have been transferred from my Google pay account number later he refused to pay me back and after sometime he again asked to send 1000rupees then I refuse to do it then didn't received my call. I thought he is calling from Indian army, he shared me his details like adhaar Card, canteen Card, army truck driving licence so I can trust him..after sometime he started demand more money from me, bt I refused to pay. I have all his details. We want immediate action from Indian Army who guys Vikas Patel spoiling name of Indian Army and making fruad with all citizen so need server action against this fruad
