I placed an order worth Rs. 420/- with @the_elysian_store on 09/02/21 however I had requested she keep it on hold until I request shipment. I asked her to ship it on 20/03/21, however I kept getting late replies and excuses due to covid. I last heard from them on 23/06/21 wherein they said that my item will be picked up by the courier service in 48hrs, after this there has been no update nor reply. I managed to get a contact number which doesn’t belong to them but was used for their transaction. Upon texting that number via WhatsApp they said that they’ll speak with the owner and process my order, this was on 14/09/21, they are also ignoring my texts right now.
