online fraud add on youtube and instagram.

i ordered headset online by youtube add, it cost me 1599 cod. when i rcvd the order i got two wooden blocks and some trash paper inside it. it was delivered by ECOMEXPRESS. i tried contacting them but all are fake, the ecomexpress is providing me the details of the company(fraud) from where ii odered it, but all those details are wrong they told pickerr.com website which not valid also all contact details are wrongs. so basically they delivered it to me from unknown source. looks like they are too into this fraud.
i want to report bassdeal.com and pickerr.com website. and all those fake adds of product. these cheaters are using trusted platform to do fraud. (plat form like instagram official paid adds, youtube paid adds , etc)
please help me regarding this.
