Return request rejected again and again by Flipkart

Dear Sir,

I have generated two return request of my Flipkart ''order number is OD219992313776620000" (Adidas Solid Men White Sports Shorts). I paid for Rs. 2087 for this Shorts and second "order number is OD219992263269486000" (Tommy Hilfiger Slim Men Blue Jeans). I paid for Rs. 3599 for this Jeans but both product is not as per my expectations(Quality is not good) and also not fitted to me.
For this, i have placed refund request as per mentioned to your return policy at Flipkart website. But, again and again the seller or Flipkart cancel my return request & closes my return request generated query.. While, i don't want both Shorts & Jeans.
When i asked Flipkart customer support for cancelation of my return request, he always tells me that they are working on that issue.
I am asking Flipkart one thing that why the seller or they cancel again and again my return request and what are Flipkart and his team taking action against this issue.
How can i accept that Adidas Shorts & Tommy Hilfiger Jeans which is not fitted me. Please take action regarding this issue so that another customer not faces such type of problem.
