OLX Fraud named him Ravi Kumar prajapat and I lost 1000 rupees. Please I want refund of my money.

I posted an ad on OLX and he called me (pH no- 8918128174) and told he is interested to buy. He told that he will pay 1000 for my thing. He told that he will pay 500 in advance and rest after delivery. He sent me QR code on which "pay to receive" was written and told to scan the code and and told if I send 500 I'll get 1000 (500 of me and 500 from him) but I did not recieve any payment. He told that it is cancelled because I've delayed (but I haven't) and again sent a code for 500 rupees and told me to send 500 again to get 1500( 1000 of me and 500 of him). He was also sending screenshot of his debit amount (that was edited). I fell into his trap and lost my 1000 rupees. He again told me to send 2000 rupees but I realised this is a fraud and refused to pay. He then disconnected the call. I'm requesting the authority to please refund my money. I belong to a middle class family and this amount means a lot to me. Please help me!!
