Non delivery of medicine as per invoice and non return of money

Order for medicine supply was placed to medlife for seventeen items and they generated invoice no OR9556LJC-006A dated 17.05.2021 for Rs3292.22 and paid the amount for supply.In the box, they supplied only two items valued for Rs286.60 and rest medicines were missing. Matter was reported to customer care to resolve the issue but they did not take any positive step to refund the money of Rs3005.62.
