I want my money back if uh can not deliver me the order

I akanksha tomar placed two order on 15 october from fashion hub via sale advertisement of instagram and a new order on 17 october I made payment of all items via online mode to razor pay.i got an email of confirmed payment to fashion hub but after that it's been six days I didnot get any text of shipment of my orders neither m able to reach to any of fashion hub members....plz take action regarding my concern
