food supplement adulteration and fraud with costumers

I had bought a supplement for Manpreet on date 2may online on the basis of trust and paid money on upi portal which was 6000rs and then sent extra for delivery charges ,after a week I got the product which was fake and adulterated to the heinous level which can cause serious damagein human body , I called him that he sent the fake products and I asked for the refund but this person didn'tlisten to me and after calling so many times he agreed to refund by deducting the amount of 2000rs.i. had no choice I sent it back .but when it reached to him he denied straight that I won'trefund you I will give you another product ,I told him I need urgent money but he denied all the way and told me u can get another product which will be original then again I thought u couldn't do anything about it ,then he sent me another product called syntha 6 which arrived later after a week ,I opened the package and I came to see its wrap was off beside the seal of the product which was open literally and it was fake and adultery again bcoz he opened it and pour fake eatable into it ,I again asked him but he keeps on denying and said do what you can do ,I told him you are making people sick for your own profit amid lockdown when everything is closed ,he is taking advantage of it by selling adultared products and risking life of hundreds of youth,i want to say that please take a strict action against goons like these who think everything in their jurisdiction and harming others without thinking about the health of others.i shall be very thankful for your act because its not only about me ,there are so many people there who got scammed by these guys.i have proofs of everything about paying amount and delivery reports.please take a serious action against it ,they are selling venom while public is trying to fight with this pandemic.yours sincerely dr.
