I paid for mobile and never get it.

In march 2020 i paid him money for real me x2 mobile, he is on instagram,he attend my calls for few months now he is not attendind calls.
His a/c no. 919010066755146,name: Sher singh shekhawat,no.9352875853, branch name:Axis bank murlipura jaipur. I paid 4000/- please help me out.
