I have ordered Iphone 6 16gb but received iphone 5s which is not working. I have ordered it from magicdeals.some. com but sent the product from yeh deals.com. They have clearly mentioned about 30 days return policy but when mailed them and tried to call them they are not responding to any of these. I had ordered Iphone 6 16gb for 20000 but they sent me a clone of Iphone 5s which doesn't cost this much. And they haven't mentioned any process for online returns and refund. I have checked and found out that many people are being cheated by this online site. When I ordered the product I had a call from a man named kevin as he said his no. Is 9023399885
He said that there is return policy of 30 days and now they are not responding my calls and mails. Please look into the matter and help me in getting my justice.

    I have ordered Casio edifice ed439 from magicdeal owner Kevin (softspoking fellow) mob No.8369273707 he dupes several customers daily, he responds by confirming his order from Dealsonwatches.somee.com by calling at 7-8pm & confirming the order & accepting the return policy & refund process, but when u try to call him his mobile number comes as diverted to other number & that number is switched off, he sent me a Rs50/- watch & he could able to get Rs3000/- for the fake watch he sent through courier partner Delhiver & mediator Kraftrocket.com, I urge to do justice to me & bring the culprits to book. I appeal to online buyers to not fall prey to these fraudsters to these rogues of hard earned money.

    This guy name Kevin has also cheated me. I ordered for Casio GSHOCK G471 model. But he delivered a duplicate 3rd class cheap phone. Which may cost Rs/-100.00 or so. While asking for refund he never responded back.

    Strict action should be taken against these kind of people.
