There was an ad in Times of India , Bangalore on 29th August , 2017 about "Hypermarketkart.com" wherein there was offer of 50% flat discount on groceries using promo code bogo50. I placed online order no. 100000207of Rs.3866.50 for goods worth Rs.7733 on 29th August , 2017. I got my order acknowledgement from them and subsequently got sms and mails that they can not deliver ordered products and will refund my money to my bank account by 9th September , 2017 It is more than 15 days now but my refund is not yet processed and now they are silent. Please take an immediate action against them.

    Contact your CC DC issuing bank. If payment done through CC, raise a fraud transaction alert with them. Email to your bank telling them that the site is fraud. Most cards are insured against it. If you WRITE to them, there is a record of instructions which the bank cannot later deny. If paid via Mobile wallets, do the same thing. Email to their customer care. Use Social Media to write to them publicly and don't give your card details publicly online please.
