HI I AM SANTHOSH KUMAR AKULA. I AM PARCHED LUMINOUS BATTERY 150 AH AT FLIPKART ONLINE SHOPPING ON 7TH MARCH 2020 THOUGH ICICI CREDIT CARD. I AM CANCELLED THE ITEM ON 1ST APRL 2020 BUT FLIPKART IS UPDATED 2ND APRL 2020 PRODUCT DELIVERED. ACTUALLY 2ND APRL IS I AM AT HOME BECAUSE OF LOCKDOWN ITEM NOT GIVEN TO ME AND MY FAMILY MEMBERS AT GIVEN ADDRESS. SAME TIME I AM CALL TO FLIPKART CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALSO I AM RAISED A MAIL ON THIS ISSU. I AM ASKING TO FLIPKART PLEASE SHARE MY DELIVERY PROOF..... FLIPKART NOT PROVIDE MY DELIVERY DOCUMENT... I AM ASKING ONE THING HOW TO UPDATE DELIVERED WITH OUT MY SIGNATURE...? I AM WAITING 2MONTHS STILL PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED SAME ISSUE IS CONTINUE. I AM CALL TO SALLER ALSO BUT HE IS ALSO NOT RESPONDING. I AM LOST MONEY I AM LOST MY CIBIL SCORE ICICI BANK CHARGED 5000 INTREST BECAUSE OF I AM NOT PAYING 3MONTHS EMIS...     We are buying mobile samsung j7 from 2gud.com, but mobile not working ,we had done within 7 days return policy for return to mobile but they have not take return mobile again there policy we need to help abot this situation.
