Not giving my money after delivering wrong product

I had ordered a phone case in the instagram from my account and the account name which I orders the phone case is phone_outfits7.they had send the phone case and i received the order but the case which I orderd was not given and they had send me another case which is exactly opposite to the case which I orderd and then I told him about the case and he told me that he will schedule a return pickup and then I waited for 15days nobody came for the return pickup and then i asked him to return my money he is not seeing my msgs and he is not replying my msgs also he is not giving my money and ater 10 days he is saying me to wait few more more days it's been 15days .why I should loose my money because of their negligence I need my money now.......every day iam messaging him but he is not responding he will see my msgs after 5 days but daily he will be posting their products
