Fraud on OLX with Mayur Kumar. He said he is army man.

Hi, I have posted an ad on olx and a person named Mayur Kumar called me and informed he is military man and had dealed the item to 6500. He said he will be paying with paytm. He called me and sent request during call and informed to scan and accept. I felt its genuine as I have seen his picture with military dress in truecaller. after accepting 6500 was payed to him. When asked its by mistake came to him and send another scan code, even that too did the same. Before I realize what is going on, I have done couple of transactions and lost 39000 Rs (6500+6500+13000+13000) in 4 transactions. I do have all voice recordings and his truecaller phone numbers with screenshots. Can anyone please help me.
