Respected Sir/Madam,
I have purchased Iphone 11 Pro through Instagram Id (flipcart_in) I Paid Delivery charges Rs.300 in advance through Paytm and remaining Amoun 25,500 through COD. The Person name from Flicart_in is Mr.sahil he said that the Iphone is original and Imported. He also sent Invoice Bill through Flipcart@ekart.in to my gmail. After receiving the product i paid total amount to 25,500 to Delivery guy (EcomEx Couriers). After opening the pack, i observed that it is defective and went to iphone service centre , they confirmed that it is not original iphone , It is a clone iphone made in China. I called to several times to Flipcart_in concern person Mr.Sahil 7285831692, Vinod 7052774573. But no one is responding and they are disconecting my call and blocked me in Flipcart_in. Attaching you the screenshots of iphone 11pro mobile and Invoice Bill. Kindly do the Needful.
