Fraud company asking for money

Sir in sep 2018 i aigned an agreement with dg company in which i have to perform a task failing to which i had to give them 4900 rs which i paid and today they are sending me a msg that i have to pay them rs 1lakh and something saying that the agreement was for 11 months and though i didnt worked again a legal action will be taken against me and an arrest warrant will be issued against my father if i dont go to the court
