Flipkart gift card generation without my knowledge.

I had applied for slice pay credit card last year. I had not received my card till now for which I had raised request regarding this issue. For this I used to get call from slice pay to tell the situation of the card. Like that I had received a call on 29/07/2021. He told he is a slice pay employer and told that card will be dispatched within 2 days and for this he asked me to verify my details. He asked my email id and mobile number and then he had cut the call. After half an hour approx I saw my account that gift card has been generated which I never had generated and I have not received any email or message on my registered mobile number and email and it 47000 got deducted. I had not received those gift card on my email also and they are now asking me to repay 47000. I had raised a complaint on slice pay customer care also but they have not responded till now. And if I don't repay they are telling that they will decrease my credit score. I have attached screenshot of transaction details, number from which I had received call. Transaction ID for the transaction is OD000808573129. I am not even able to redeem those generated gift cards. It has already been used it is showing. If slice pay wants then they can actually trace back the transaction and refund my money but they have not done anything regarding this.
