Hello Everyone,
Today received a call as we had posted a property on 99Acres, this person by name jora Singh calls and asks for availability and his family will be shifting to Bangalore from Delhi on July 12th and he will be shifting on July 15th, since we are from consulting firm we had to check the availability of the flat and it was only available from August 1st, this fake person called like literally 10times and was in hurry and was asking for phone pay number and google pay.. I was surprised and he was very eager to pay the advance ..and when asked for his office location he was hesitant and dint know which place to tell later for verification when I asked his wife Aadhaar card and his he said he will send his and later he called and said his wife is from village and they dint have Aadhar card and some what I felt this might be a fraud and checked online, by god grace nothing happened, have informed the cyber cell for online attacks and scams. Guys so be careful and trust your 6th sense when this happens and pls check online firms...
