Did not receive Refund for the services cancelled from Bright Naukri

On Jan 30th 2017, I received a call from Bright Naukri regarding job opening, they asked me to deposit Rs. 2247/- as part of the security deposit, which will be refunded if I attend HR round. They said that the details of interview schedule will be emailed to me within 72 hours of security deposit.

However, on regularly following up with them, they said that your details are still pending to be sent to the company Yes Bank. After 2 weeks, I had asked them to cancel the service, for which they replied that your request has been put for cancellation, however the amount will be refunded in the last week of Feb, 2017 since it is their account closing week.

Till now, I did not receive my money, on following up they either do not pick up the call or they say the personal or executive - (Miss Neha and Mr. Virat), I spoke to is not available.
