Cheating & Fraud, order for Samsung Power bank 25000mAh LED Light with 64GB Memory card

Sir, my name is Gaurav Sharma and on 1st April, 2017, I placed an order for Samsung Power bank 25000mAh LED Light with 64GB Memory card with vide order/shipment no. #117297000353708, on a website, www.zoniic.com. The company delivered it to me on 6th of April, 2017 but did not send me the actual items as per their offer on website and sent me the fake and substandard products which do not function as per their specifications.

The items sent and delivered to me is not in order as promoted by the company on their website and other social websites like facebook.com and shown by them on their website. The products I have received are totally different in model and in regard to the image also, as shown on their website. The memory card (Samsung 64GB)does not function well in order and has a capacity of 8GB only whereas it was shown and detailed as to be of 64 GB.

In addition to above, the power bank does not work and is of too much inferior quality and stands nowhere in terms of quality standards, parameters and service aspects. There is no code or markings on the product related to its information or genuinity.

I have realised and come to a conclusion that it is a clear case of cheating and fraud since the people at above mentioned company have used SAMSUNG as a brand name to provide an impression of being genuine on their fake and inferior products, beings sold on their fake website. Hence I would like to request you to take an action against them and help me in getting the product returned to them and refund my amount in full. I seek your assistance to register a complaint against them in consumer court so that they could be sentenced for their wrong and willful cheating with online customers.

I sincerely anticipate an early and positive action from your end towards getting these cheat and fraud people under IPC juridicition, helping me and other customers, since there are many like me who have been cheated by this fraud company and people at www.zoniic.com.
