Online Fraud Complaint

Hi Team,
I have been contacted for the premium ad service usage for my car advertisement by Quikr's representative (Harshit Chauhan with id-Harshit.Chauhan@quikr.co.in) from number +91-7042629505, he clearly stated to me that the maximum amount that will be deducted if the car will not be sold will be Rs 200 and the rest of the amount i.e. Rs 800 will be credited to the PAYTM wallet details that i will provide & i can trust him. But i have got the mail now that nothing or just Rs 2 i will get back and the car even has not been sold on Quikr. Now, Quikr and he both have stopped responding to my emails.
They have not taken my details of the PAYTM wallet & get Rs 800 credited into it as per the deal and i also warned them many times to not force my hand to initiate any action against him/Quikr on Consumer court/Social Media or other forums. But still they did not take any action at all from past 2-2.5 months.
They are taking the customers for granted, kindly set an example out of this company and get me my refund back along with some harassment compensation that i have been facing through last 2-2.5 months, please let me know if you have any queries on this email id or the undersigned number.
