i purchased a set of bluetooth from electronicdeals.in of brand jbl but when i received the order it is a local company only showing the name jbl and its not even working and the charging slot is not open it is filled with plastic and there calling number is not reachable they are not even replying me on mail they fooled me and sir this is not the end after this i searched on google about some grahak sewa complaint forum and i called them they again fooled by they promised me that they will help me getting my money back but i have to pay a file charge of rupess 250 and i paid sir and now they are not even answering my call please help me
