Charged 499 for free trail

They say that 499 is not refundable but their app still says that 2 weeks trial is free of cost.

I replied -

Can you please have a look at the attached screenshot as it still says that 2 weeks trial is free?


1. You guys shouldn't have charged 499 until 2 weeks free trial is over.
2. Even if you charge, you should refund that amount if we cancel the subscription before trial ends.

I didn't expect this from voot.
