Complaint Zingoy.com id creation with my number and making fraud transaction.

Hi sir/madam,
This is to inform you that some person have created account on Zingoy.com and have made transaction using my paytm account doing unauthorized transaction.
Out of which my paytm account is hacked and now they have even blocked the id even.
Please do the needful.
