I give order to Prince knight wear ludhiyana by phone to make 190 students tshirt and lower

Sir in August 2018 I ordered 190 students tshirt and lower to Prince knight wear, thapar Street ,Daresi road ludhiyana Panjab by phone. I found his company address on India mart website. I send him 5000Rs as a advance on 14-08-2018 by my axis bank mobile application to his uco Bank Thapar complex, Dal Bazar ludhiyana current account no.08240200001200 . .After 14 days he send a message he complete my order and he side me to send 35635.00Rs rest amount. So I send him 35635.00Rs.his above account.But he did not send me my order (190 students tshirt and lower) .After 20 days when my order could not reach to me I can try to contact him but he did not receive my phone .After four months he did not send my order or my 40635Rs.money .
