Complaint against transaction of RS3990 through my debit card without my permission and without otp

My sbi account has been deducted by Rs3990 through my debit card without my permission and without OTP. On enquiry the bank (SBI) tell me that this transaction has been done by OTHPG 007046462985GOGLE *Smart Media App855-836-39. I haven't used such app anytime. And more importantly this transaction is done WITHOUT OTP.
Please kindly review my complaint and please give my money back.
