Data Solution Work - Work From Home Job — they have taken away 1,20,000/- by fraud from me and still

On 11th Feb 2020, I received a call from a person namely Yash Tiwari (Cell no. 09599175513), saying work from home job offer and his company name is " DATA SOLUTION WORK" Address - 17th Floor, DLF Plaza, Cyber City,Gurgaon, Harayana.

He gave me one proposal which is as under -

1) He will be sending 100 Pages in PDF format to be typed in MS Word format
2) 1 Page Contains 25 Lines Approx.
3) Each Project is of total 100 pages to be typed in 30 days
Per Project caln. 100 pages x Rs. 300/- Page 30,000
If you complete project within 20 days then Bonus / Incentives of Rs. 4000/- 34,000
4) Rate - Rs. 300/- Per Page
5) To Pay - Yearly Reg. charges of Rs.477/- (refund back along with 1st project amount)
6) If mistakes in word file he will rectify and send further to company.
7) No amount will be deducted for wrong spelling or missing letters etc..


After paying registration fee of Rs. 477/- he will send me 100 pages PDF format and on 17th Feb 2020 after I paid him through Paytm Rs. 477/- he had sent me PDF file to be typed to word format and I typed the same in word format and sent him back on 18th Feb 2020 he had then transferred me to his billing dept. and there was one lady namely NIdhi (cell no. 9871516026) who did all the correspondence regarding the payment's till end on Telephone and Whatsapp. She told me to pay her 25% Commission before I get my 1st salary of Rs. 34000/- + 477/- refund of registration fee. which comes to 8500/- and I paid her after this she told me to pay Rs. 6500/- as GST charges on Rs. 34477/- which i paid and awaited for salary to come to my savings account. She told me she will refund me GST amount separately and 8500/- in my next salary. But I didn't receive my salary, Yash told me next day I will receive.

Then next Nidhi told me that they have a Current account and she has to transfer my salary and other payments from Current account to my savings account and the credit limit has increased from Rs. 34477/- to Rs. 50000/- hence I need to pay balance amount and she will pay back Rs. 50000/- totally + GST amount. Thsi went on for 2 days till 20th Feb2020. (Please refer chart attached for the same). Totally I had paid her Rs. 1,20,100/- and still she was demanding money and I stopped there and asked for refund of all money. She told me on 20th Feb 2020 that she will refund me in next 25 days i.e. by 10th March all money.

Now she is telling me that she will refund me after 90 days.

I doubt that she is fraud and may not pay my money.

Pleas help me regarding the same in getting me my Money back. I have given you all bank details where i had paid money thru PayTm UPI money transfers/ NEFT etc..in table.

Other details I am attaching is as under -
1) Adhar Card of the Owner - Harvinder Singh,
'2) ID vard of Yash Tiwari,
3) My ID Card sent to me by Yash Tiwari after collecting soft copy my Adhar card and passport photo.
