I ordered a gucci preloved bag from online store named as "Wardroabtweeks" on 12-2-2021, which was worth INR 5600/-. I have not yet recieved the bag, i did continously follow up with the page owner "Ishita Verma" but she is making excuses. Now when i ask for refunding the money, she is saying she doesnt have money. I want my refund back. Please help!
