Complaint against auto marked fast pay option

An auto marked fast pay option in recharge is worst, bcoz it doesn't give u options to revert Ur recharge.. online many times bcoz of slow internet of phone lag we click the option, so it's not consumer fault..
After 3 times I lost my money now I think it's time to complaint..
1. If anyone want to fast pay he can mark the option.
2. If u don't want to unmark it give option to revert the process.
3. The fast pay option shouldn't be auto marked,
it need to give permission to users to select what they want, and they need to understand slow internet and phone problem also cause click without wanting to click.. then why consumer lose money without even doing anything wrong.
My internet was slow and I was recharging then I was checking list then when I click of particular recharge then bcoz of slow internet o again click it and the page instantly gone on fast pay.. no option to revert .
3 times I loosen my money bcoz of marked option
