The 99 shop page in Instagram has clothes and other items for sale. I have ordered a dress and have done payment online. Order date 2nd June. Date of lodging the complaint 25th July.
They are ignoring my messages and calls. I am simply requesting them to update me about the order. But there is no response. I have been harassed by sriti bali, the owner of 99shop. I want my refund.
