Complain against Faulty product

The product i had ordered is completely different from what i have received. The payment had been made already. The product is a cheap cloth saree whereas i had ordered a suit. I have registered the complaint and asked for return and refund of the product on the mail id provided but i havent received any mail or call back from the product.
