All eyes over here, jiya after getting the money they didn’t dispatched my parcel..

At first I orders a dress they deliver that but the quality and colour was completely different.. according to their policy there were no refund available. But one can exchange the product with another if not satisfied with the first one.. and I was not satisfied with the dress they deliver..! I decided to exchange the dress as they’ve mention in their policy.. I follow all the details whatever they said even I transfer 100 rs more as shipping charge of other dress. After getting the money now she’s not responding. I want my money back.
