Taking more amount than MRP

Thier is Canteen at Bhavnagar St Bus Stand and he is selling products more than MRP.I have asked for Sprite tin and the MRP is 25 and he is taking 30 rs for this. Why to pay more than MRP. And the canteen is in government zone it means at Bhavnagar St Bus stand which is public place and government place .They does not have any fear for this. The license should be cancelled of this canteen and strict punishment should be done as per the consumer law.
