I want to bring to everyone's attention the appalling experience I have had with JDP Club and Resort. I paid a hefty sum of 40000 for a holiday package, but to my dismay, I have not received any booking confirmation and my countless attempts to reach their customer service have been in vain. It is incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be ignored and left in the dark after investing so much money in their services.
I feel completely taken advantage of and cheated. I urge anyone who has faced a similar situation with this company to come forward and share their stories. Let's stand united against such unethical business practices and ensure that other unsuspecting individuals are not subjected to the same treatment. It is imperative that JDP Club and Resort. takes immediate action, refunds the full amount, and takes responsibility for their actions. We need to raise awareness about this issue and hold them accountable for their negligence and lack of customer care.
