Shakers Chimney after sales service

I have purchased one Shakers Chimney(Model : Midas) from Shakers Appliances Pvt. Ltd. on 25-Sep-15, they promised to 3 free services and given first service in Feb'16 after requesting them several times. Now for 2nd services as well they promised to come on 28-May-16 but they didn't turned up. I am calling them for last two days and they are not picking up the phone.
After sales services are very disappointing from this company, I am requesting you to take necessary step against this company.

    Purchased one shakers classic chimney a year back. Very very after sales service. You have to call atleast 10 times for any response. They tend to cut the call whenever you ask any uncomfortable question. The oil vollector ( plastic container) got cracked automatically after 6 months of use. Following up with the comany since last 6 months for replacing it. After a long time a person came and asked Rs. 650/- for the container. Totally a fraud company supplying sub standard goods. You can get imported branded chimney atleast 30%less cost. Planning to sue the comany at consumer court.
