Hi Team- on last saturday 2nd april 2016 i ordered a tata sky connection from your comparedth.com website I made a payment of 1300 and in against you were supposed to install tata sky connection the same day as per the conversation with rep that day. However, later i received a call that the connection could not be done that day due to server issue so will be done tomorrow which was sunday. on that i told the rep that i dont want the connection, just refund me the money on that rep confirmed me that same will be done sir. However, next morning i received a call from TATA sky from nowhere and he told me that he is coming to install tata sky today so i thought this was the same order which i placed with comparedth.com site. However, post installation that engineer told me that i had to pay for the recharge which was not communicated to me that time by comparedth rep. so i tried comparedth number of times your helpline number and the number of that rep which is 8010875196..neither he told me that you dont have to pay anything when engineer will come to your home so i made the payment of 1300 to him. Now, since the total amount which was paid to your company comparedth.com i paid to TATA sky directly. Hence, would request you to refund the amount of 1300rs to me as the services has not been provided by you here. Would request a closure on this as soon as possible.
